We are dedicated to helping your family plan to state your wishes clearly, have them followed, and preserve your assets. We can help you provide for the needs of your loved ones, avoid estate recovery in the event of long-term illness and see that your wishes are met. You need advice and counsel to prepare your Will, Trust, Powers of Attorney and other documents to avoid loss, prevent confusion, and reduce expenses. We have helped thousands of families avoid the expense and delay of probate and make the administration of their estates go smoothly. Between 2009 and 2020, for more than 2,500 veterans and their surviving spouses, we submitted successful applications for pension, including “aid and attendance” to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
